Join our Obstacle Warrior Training Class
Ages 18 and up
Classes will be on Tuesday and Thursdays from 7-8pm, Starting on October 4th.
Imagine a high-intensity workout that combines training from some of the most popular fitness programs to date all rolled into one. OWT is just that, a hybrid style of Obstacle Racing, Speed and Agility, Crossfit, Parkour, Gymnastics, Strongman, and Ninja Warrior.
This methodology of training will test both your physical and mental toughness. Warriors will be faced with a variety of challenges that include some basic lifting but more outside the box style of training. Prepare to encounter
- Rope Climbing
- Warp Walls
- Sleds pushes/pulls
- Sandbag Carries
- Over and Under Wall
And much more,
There will be nothing in the fitness realm that you will not be able to do or Dominate.
